Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

• New Zealand (Urban): 1–3 business days

• New Zealand (Rural): 3–5 business days

Please note: Rural deliveries may incur additional time and charges.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
