Refund Policy:

At Stella Naturals, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the natural nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on flavour or texture preferences, as our products may differ from mainstream alternatives. Each batch is handmade so there could be slight differences in consistency between batches.

However, if you receive a product that is broken or faulty, please photograph the damage and contact us at stellanaturalsnz@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide a refund or replacement for any damaged or defective items.

Please note, any requests for a refund after 30 days from date of purchase will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for taste preference. Please choose wisely and purchase a sample size if you want to try a new flavour.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
